Senior Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that shape our business strategy and support our mission to deliver innovative SaaS solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Analyze key financial metrics including MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, and churn rate to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate with department heads to track performance against budget and provide variance analysis
• Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario planning
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in financial reporting
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in clear, actionable formats

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in SaaS or technology companies
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
• Experience with financial planning software (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar)
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and business models
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
